For years, one of our founders longed to introduce McKinney diners to the Mexican food he loved from the kitchen of his grandmother, Petra. So, in 2007, we created Petra Fresh Mexican Bistro to honor the delicious recopies from this beautiful woman. At Petra Fresh Mexican Bistro, we take more time to make everything from scratch, by hand, with the freshest ingredients from recipes that are authentically Mexican, not so much Texan.
